2008 - Establishment of Government Polytechnic Awasari;with four Diploma Engg. Programs namely Automobile, Computer, Information Technology and E&TC.
2009 -Addition of three new programs namely Civil Engg., Mechanical Engg., and Electrical Engg.
2010 -Hostel for Girls with intake capacity 288 .
2011 -The institute building is inaugurated by former Union Agricultural Minister Mr. Sharadchandraji Pawar on 15th January 2011.
